Legislative Analyses

An actuarial analysis of a legislative bill is performed by the Rating Board staff when a request is received from a workers compensation system stakeholder to estimate the potential cost impact of this legislation.

The following are the legislative analyses that have recently been completed:


S.1970A –
provides  cost of living adjustments to total disability and death benefits and increases the wage percentage for death benefits.

S.2776 B –
