     As we move forward in 2010, the Rating Board will be working to expand the tools available to its users which will help to improve the lines of communication between the Rating Board and others involved in the business of this insurance. 

     The Board’s growing relationship with other industry related organizations will also, we feel, help to tackle the problems faced by this industry and create a better and more efficient work environment for all of the participants.
